Export Specialist

Workplace: Warsaw
Region: Mazowieckie

• Maintaining constant communication with clients at every stage of the process;
• Servicing existing clients and adding new ones to the database;
• Accepting orders and passing them for processing;
• Recording, analyzing and explaining customer complaints and inquiries, taking appropriate action, and monitoring the situation until it is fully resolved;
• Maintaining and updating the customer database;
• Preparing daily and weekly reports for direct supervisor;
• Conducting ongoing analysis of customer financial capabilities and monitoring timely collection of receivables from the Finance Department;
• Observing and analyzing the meat and processed food market, taking into account demand and competition actions;
• Identifying and monitoring sales markets in terms of export documentation and permits requirements;
• Implementing the strategic sales plan set by the Company management;
• Striving to improve customer service quality;
• Collaborating with other departments: Warehouse Management, Logistics, Planning, Receivables, and Finance;
• Participating in industry exhibitions and trade shows, presenting the company and its products.

• Higher education preferred (in economics)
• Previous experience in a similar position or in export sales is welcome
• English proficiency required at a communicative level; other languages (French, Spanish, German) are an additional asset
• Ability to work in a team
• Focused on achieving sales targets
• Engagement, independence, and initiative in action
• Highly developed communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Office (including Excel)
• Availability and willingness to attend domestic and foreign business trips
• Attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality.
