Vegetable Oils
In normal soybeans, there is approximately 18-24% oil. Soybean oil contains monounsaturated fatty acids in an amount of about 23-32%, as well as about 50-64% polyunsaturated fatty acids omega-3 and omega-6. The amount of alpha-linolenic acid in soybean oil is approximately 2-12%.

Feed meal
Soybean meal is produced during the processing of soybeans by squeezing oil out of them and heat treatment. Depending on the type of processing, the meal may be toasted – in which case it resembles wood chips with a brown color - or granulated, in the form of granules produced by a granulator, which also facilitates its transportation and storage.

We transport food in tankers.
A food tanker is a special container designed exclusively for transporting food products. This is ensured by special regulations governing food transportation, which require the use of food tankers that are properly equipped and kept clean. A food tanker can transport various types of vegetable oils, including sunflower, rapeseed, or palm oil. We use a food tanker to deliver vegetable oils, which requires special procedures to ensure that the oil is transported safely and hygienically. The tanker is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before each transport and regularly maintained and inspected. During transport, the temperature and other parameters of the oil are monitored to ensure that the appropriate conditions for the product are maintained. The mass of oil that can be delivered by a standard tanker is 24 to 25 metric tons.
In IBC 1000 liter (mauser) containers
IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container) containers, also known as mausers, are standard containers used in the food industry for the transport, storage, and distribution of vegetable oils. These containers have a capacity of 1000 liters and are made of durable materials such as stainless steel or plastics, which provides high durability and resistance to damage.
IBC containers are easy to handle and transport, thanks to integrated handles and pallets. They are also relatively easy to clean and disinfect, which is important in the case of food transport and storage. For our deliveries of vegetable oils,
IBC containers are large containers used for carrying oil in bulk for supply to industries such as food, catering or bakeries. Once the oil delivery is made to the recipient, the container can be easily emptied, cleaned, and either reused or disposed of according to the recycling and environmental laws.
To maintain the quality of vegetable oils, which are affected by temperature, the IBC containers can be equipped with thermal insulation to ensure the temperature does not affect the product quality during transportation under challenging conditions.
